My prayer times seem incorrect. What can I do?
Prayer times vary based on calculation methods (e.g., ISNA, MWL). Go to Settings > Calculation Method and select the authority that matches your local mosque. Also, ensure your location permissions are enabled.
The Qibla compass is pointing in the wrong direction.
This usually happens due to magnetic interference. Try moving away from metal objects or electronics. You can also calibrate your compass by moving your phone in a figure-8 motion.
I can't hear the Quran audio.
Please check your internet connection, as audio is streamed. If you have downloaded the surah, ensure your device volume is up and not in silent mode.
Audio stops playing when I lock my screen.
Rushd App is designed to play in the background. Please check your device's battery optimization settings. If Rushd App is "optimized" or "restricted", the system might kill the audio service to save battery. Set it to "Unrestricted" or "Not Optimized".
